Simple Guacamole Toast
Delicious easy to make quac toast!
Main Ingredient: Avocado
Low Cholesterol High Fiber
1 avocado peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Half a lime
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 slices whole grain bread or bread of choice
TipsYou can add eggs to it for an extra protein punch!
Directions Preparing: 5 min
Step 1Toast 2 slices of whole grain in a toaster until golden and crispy.
Step 2In a small bowl combine and mash the avocado, cilantro, lime, and salt + pepper to taste.
Step 3Spread the mixture on each slice of toasted bread.
